Mini FUNdamentals II

Energy is a true entry level class created for individuals — from ages seven (7) to eight (8) years old — that want to discover all-star cheer in a fun, non-competitive, technique centered atmosphere.

The class curriculum builds upon what was learned in the previous class and prepares young athletes for more competitive, performance-based routines by introducing the following:

• Jump Skills;

• Building Skills (i.e. stunts and pyramids);

• Choreography and Transitions; and

• Conditioning

Participants will also take part in a fun activity at the end of each class.

As athletes master the skills in FUNdamentals II, they can progress to FUNdamentals III. No experience is required to join this class and there is no try-out or evaluation process. New participants may enroll at any time (provided that there are openings available).
