Preschool FUNdamentals

Gravity is a true entry level class created for individuals — from ages three (3) to five (5) years old — that want to discover all-star cheer in a fun, non-competitive, technique centered atmosphere. Due to the age and physical development of these athletes, participants are not familiarized with building skills on Gravity.

The class curriculum emphasizes the foundation of strong level one (1) tumbling and works to aid in the development of the following:

• Fine motor skills, including hand-eye coordination;

• Agility;

• Power and Strength;

• Endurance;

• Balance;

• Proprioception;

• Flexibility;

Participants will also learn about:

• Motion Technique and Dance;

• Stretching

No experience is required to join this class and there is no try-out or evaluation process. New participants may enroll at any time (provided that there are openings available).
