Group Training

We offer training for every level, and each class has a 1:8 Coach to Athlete ratio so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes require enrollment prior to arrival, so please show up 10-15 minutes early. Please note, some classes have skill requirements to join.

 
 

Intro To Cheer

This class will focus on the basics of cheer including Jumps, motions, and conditioning! Great for anyone looking into joining a cheer team!

No previous skill required!

Flight School

This class will specialize in working on and mastery of various body positions for flyers. Athletes will learn how to pull all body positions as well as increasing overall flexibility in their body positions and increased body awareness. Flyers will work on mastering skills on the floor and will not be put into the air. Athletes will work on all body positions including lib, heel stretch, front stretch, bow and arrow, arabesque, scale, kick scorpion and needles!

Flexibility

This class will be for anyone who would like to improve their overall flexibility. Flyers must pass our Flyer Flexibility class or be evaluated before moving into Flight School. Athletes will work on splits, bridges and other flexibility drills to give them the skills needed to fly!

Stunt Tech

This class will specialize in levels 3-5 baskets. The flyers will learn the correct form for their baskets, how to engage their core to execute skills, and other basket technique they will need to fly upper level baskets. Flyers will work on mastering skills on the floor and trampoline and will not be put into the air. Athletes will work on skills for all baskets including fulls, doubles, kick full and kick double baskets, hitch kick baskets, switch kick baskets and other 2 to 3 trick basket skills!

 

Intro to Tumbling (100)

Skills Taught

This class is designed for beginner athletes! Athletes will learn the fundamental movements required for tumbling.

Drills and Conditioning will be used to execute perfect body lines and control through the athletes tumbling.

NO previous skill is required!

Tumbling 101

Skills Taught:

Front and back walkover, perfect a round-off.

Intro to 100 Tumbling will be used to further master the basics of tumbling and beginner level skills.

Drills and Conditioning will be used to execute perfect body lines and control through the athletes tumbling!

Tumbling 102

Skills Taught:

Connecting the skills, along with perfecting the skills (Straight legs, pointed toes, and correct arm placement) Athletes will also start working on drills for the Back Handspring.

Drills and Conditioning will be used to execute perfect body lines and control through the athletes tumbling!

Intro To Tumbling 200

Skills Taught:

The breakdown of the back handspring.

Athletes will work on proper technique, conditioning, and drills to perfect the standing back handspring.

Drills and Conditioning will be used to execute perfect body lines and control through the athletes tumbling

 

Tumbling 201

Skills Taught

Connection skills with the back handspring. Round-off back handspring, back walkover back handspring, front walkover round-off back handspring, and round- off 3 back handsprings.

Drills and Conditioning will be used to execute perfect body lines and control through the athletes tumbling!

Tumbling 301

Skills Taught

round-off back handspring back tuck / layout. rotating your hips and toes over your shoulders while keeping your arms by their ears. They will also incorporate standing tumbling and will work to perfect and increase power in series of back handsprings. In addition, athletes will work front walkovers, series of back handsprings, punch fronts, and whips into running tumbling passes.

Drills and Conditioning will be used to execute perfect body lines and control through the athletes tumbling!

Tumbling 401

Skills Taught

Round-off back handspring full.  In addition, athletes will work to incorporate front walkovers, series of back handsprings, punch fronts, and whips into running tumbling passes. Athletes will also incorporate standing tumbling and will work to perfect standing back handsprings and jump back handsprings into layouts, fulls, and doubles.

Drills and Conditioning will be used to execute perfect body lines and control through the athletes tumbling!

Hyper Jumps

Skills Taught:

This class will focus on jumping and flexibility drills to improve athlete’s overall jump technique and execution. Athletes will learn to engage their core in jumps, work to increase overall jump flexibility and extension as well as working correct arm and body placement!
