TumbleCo Platinum
In TumbleCo Platinum participants will learn the various skills, and skill sets, that encompass CheerCo level four (4). This class builds upon the skills learned in the previous level — i.e. the gold level — by teaching participants to incorporate a layout. Participants are also introduced to a variety of advanced skill combinations that are learned when an athlete reaches this level — e.g. aerial walkovers; front handspring, punch fronts; etc. This class is the final stepping stone before the introduction of twisting skills.
The class curriculum emphasizes the fundamentals of strong level four (4) tumbling including, but not limited to:
consistent approach;
flow from skill to skill;
speed;
body control (i.e head placement, pointed toes, arm/shoulder placement, hip position, etc);
landings (i.e chest placement, controlled ,etc.)
In order to enroll in TumbleCo Platinum participants must demonstrate strong execution of the following:
front handspring, dive roll;
front walkover, block;
standing back handspring series (3+)
jump skill, standing back handspring series (3+);
round-off, back handspring back tuck / round-off, back handspring series (3+), back tuck;
Participants who are unable to perform the skills listed above with excellent execution will not be permitted to enroll in this class. If you are new to the program and don’t know if you meet the requirements for this class you may schedule a free thirty (30)-minute mini class — by appointment only — where one of our skills technicians will evaluate your skills and work with you to determine the best class, or group of classes, to help you reach your goals.
